Just a quick run down of what my life consists of right now. - I go to work - Come home and make sure mum is ok - Make tea/lunch give her a cuppa etc. Wash up/Clean/whatever needs doing - I sit with mum until she goes to bed, knit with her, watch telly basically make sure she is happy - Go upstairs work for a few hours on uni work maybe do some writing - Go to sleep to get up tomorrow and do it...

I just don’t think it is actually possible for someone to be totally emotionally or mentally stable.
